Q: What is a Curly Cut?

A: A Curly Cut is a Cut designed to enhance your Natural Curls. Your first appointment we will walk you through the best products fit for YOUR curls. As well 1-1 education for the best techniques & tools to style your hair at home. You can also receive curly styling.

Q: How should I come to my Curly Cut or Color Appointment?

A: In your hairs most natural state, free from any product

Q: Do you Offer Silent & No / Low Touch Appointments?

A: Yes & Yes. Just write into the note section of your appointment.

Q: What is your Attendance Policy?

A: All Services must be Booked under our booking link. All Services require a card on file. Please let us know at least 48 Hours in Advance if you need to Cancel or Reschedule your Appointment, to Avoid any Late Fees. If Not Notified before 48 Hours of Your Appointment, 50% of the service will be charged. If not notified before the Day Of Your Appointment, 100% of the service will be charged. If you no show, 100% of services will be charged & will NOT be given the opportunity to Re-Book.

Q: Do you Offer Refunds?

A: Sorry, No Refunds. If Notified before 7 days of Initial Appointment, an Adjustment can be Made for ANY Service.
